Simple Protein Fluff Recipe

Protein fluff is one of my favourite treats when I need to eat something that will not screw up my calories for the day!

​I know that you also have moments when you want to chew something, to drink something with flavour or to have a sweet bite but just don't want to go to far with calories. 

​Those are the moments when you are aware that you are not physically hungry but you need to soothe your sweet tooth.

This might be the perfect solution for you!

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen berries

1 scoop protein powder

100 – 200 ml any milk

Vanilla

Stevia

Xantham gum


Fluff the protein:

Blend, bleeeend, bleeeend.

Then whisk, whisk, whysk.

Sprinkle with your favourite toppings!


Voila!
